I looked into weighted eye pillows on the recommendation of my yoga teacher. She said it helps with sleep. Being peri-menopausal I have been having issues with sleep for a while. So I jumped in and settled on this one after some research. I’m totally in love with it! So much so I bought another one so when I wash one I wouldn’t be without. Also use it to meditate. Before this, I religiously repurchased a super expensive eye mask for years. After finding this, I won’t be doing that again.
